This was a presentation made to the Swiss Consulate in Boston on October 9, 2009.  It’s an overview of consumer trends and some of the ramifications for marketers.  It probably needs some explanation, but essentially it’s the story of how consumers intereact with content and media today and what kinds of tactics brands and marketers might want to consider to connect and engage with their community.
