		<description>These aren&#039;t new ideas necessarily, but it&#039;s great to watch how using an new medium to execute a time-honored approach can inspire giving.  Personally, we should also frame such activity in terms of charitable investments rather than charitable donations.

Seems to me there&#039;s a simple opportunity for any company about to write a check, give away its community of customers weigh in. Either by voting, engaging in an experience, or spreading the word. Call it whatever you want, but isn&#039;t it quite different from writing the check and the press release?</description>
